Two generations of confectioners - Varga dynasty

Our bakery is a true family business, where two generations, in great harmony and with a shared passion, dream up the finest cakes and tarts. The team is headed by the renowned master confectioner Krisztián Varga, an experienced member of the confectionery industry, who has been a solid foundation for the business for decades. Alongside him, his daughter Klaudia Varga and soon-to-be-fiancé Martin Brády, who will soon join the family, bring fresh energy and the sophistication of French pastry-making. Klaudia and Martin met and gained international experience among the best in the business in France, which they are now putting to good use at the Toscana Confectionery in Győr.

The heart and soul of the team is Katimama, who brings them all together and supports them. Our credo is continuous improvement and love for the craft: whether it's a simple cake or a large-scale wedding cake, all our creations are made with the utmost care.
